RESIDENCE TOKYO

某企業社長の一人の時間を満喫するプライベートハウス。
リクエストは「広い空間とダークトーンは使わない」であった。その為、個人にフォーカスした広く心地よい上質な空間を目指すことを考えた。
通路を部屋と同居させることで、一部屋ごとの空間を拡張させると共に、リビングダイニング、書斎、寝室へ回遊性を併せ持った空間へと創り上げた。 今回、各セクションに分けられた空間へ入る時の感覚を大切にしたいと考え、モチーフとしたのが日本の神社にある鳥居でした。
鳥居の間から見える景色や、都会の喧騒から鳥居を潜ると自然と気持ちが移ろう感覚を、空間を丁寧に縁取ることで体現することを考えた。 ただ、額縁のような装飾的なものではなく、各空間の入口に施された木の仕上げが視覚的にゲートのような役割を果たし、気持ちの変化を引き立てる。
高層階の窓から見える景色にも額装の考えを取り入れ、刻々と変化する都会の街並みを、まるで自分だけの特別な絵画を見るように楽しむことができる。

  A private house for a client president to enjoy his alone time. His request was for a large space and no dark tones. Therefore, we aimed to create a spacious, comfortable, and high quality space focused on the individual.
  By having the passageway coexist with the rooms, we expanded the space of each room and created a space with circulation to the living/dining room, the study, and the bed room .The motif of this project was the Traditional style Japanese shrine gate “TORI-I”, which was chosen to emphasize the feeling of entering a space divided into sections.
  The idea was to carefully frame the space to embody the view from between the “TORI-I” gates and the feeling of a natural transition from the hustle and bustle of the city to the feeling of being under the “TORI-I”. However, the wooden finishes at the entrances to each space, rather than being decorative like picture frames, visually act like gates and complement the change of feeling. The idea of framing was also incorporated into the views from the window son the upper floors, so that residents can enjoy the ever-changing urban city scape as if they were viewing their own special painting

  某企业社长为享受一人时间而打造的私宅。
  设计要求为“大空间营造且避免暗色调”。因此以一人生活为主的宽敞舒适的优质空间为设计重点构思的。
  通过使通道与房间共存，扩大每个房空间的同时，兼顾客厅餐厅、书房、卧室，创造出回游性的空间。 此次注重进入各个空间的感受，以日本神社入口处的大门（鸟居）作为空间的设计风格。 从鸟居之间窥探到的景色，从城市的喧嚣中穿过鸟居，自然地感受到心情的变化，通过镶边的细节处理来体现。 但并非是画框般的装饰性设计，而在各空间的入口设置木框装饰，从视觉上起到门一样的作用，衬托心情的变化。
  从高层的窗户印入眼帘的景色上框装，如同欣赏独特画一般的时刻变化的都市景象。
