恵比寿に本社を構える事業開発会社のオフィスデザイン。 (※2021現在)
CHILL & BEACH HOUSEという都会ながらリゾートで寛ぐようなフリーアドレスのオフィスがテーマとされた。 社員の成長を第一と考える同社だからこそ単純にフリーアドレスを設けるだけではなく、ビーチハウスの窓辺から海を望み家族と団欒するように、対話を通して社員同士が成長し合えるオフィスを目指した。 中央に波風に揺られる帆をモチーフにしたコーポレートアートや円形のビッグテーブルを配置して、そこを起点に沖合から波紋が押し寄せるように放射状に席をレイアウトすることで、身体が自然と中央に向くように計画。
壁も同様に放射線状にすることで中からは人の動きが感じられる開かれた空間となりつつも、外からは中のプライベートスペースを曖昧に遮断するパーティションの役割を果たす。 その中でラウンジエリア、バーカウンター、執務室、ミーティングルームを適正に割り振り、それぞれの席を違う景色や状況が見え隠れする場所にしたことで、仕事の緩急に合わせて選択出来る環境にした。

  Office design for a business development company headquartered in Ebisu. (*as of 2021) The theme of the office design was "chill & beach house," an office with a free-address system that is like relaxing at a resort despite being in the city. Because the company considers employee growth to be of the utmost importance, we did not simply provide a free-address office, but also aimed to create an office where employees can grow together through dialogue, just like enjoying a happy family reunion with a view of the ocean from the windows of a beach house. The corporate artwork, which is based on the motif of sails swaying in the wind and waves, and a big circular table are placed in the center, and the seating is laid out in a radial pattern, as if ripples are coming in from offshore. The walls are also arranged in a similar radial pattern to create an open space where people can feel the movement of others from the inside, while at the same time serving as a partition that vaguely shuts off the private space inside from the outside. The lounge area, bar counter, office, and meeting room are allocated appropriately within the space, and each seat has a different view or situation, making it an environment where people can choose according to the feeling of their work.

  总部位于惠比寿的事业开发公司办公室设计。
  虽说是CHILL&BEACH HOUSE的城市，但主题为仿佛度假村轻松且惬意的自由席空间。 正因以员工成长为第一的公司，不仅设置了自由席位，如同从沙滩小屋的窗边眺望大海，与家人欢喜，通过沟通交流，促成员工成长的办公室为目标。 在中央配置波浪摇摆的帆为主题的艺术造型和圆形大桌，以此为起点，波纹如从海面涌来按放射形状分布席位，身体自然朝向中央的设计。
  墙壁同样是放射线状，从里形成了感受内部人员动态的开放式空间，而从外起到微妙地遮挡私密空间的隔断作用。 其中适当设置了休息室、吧台、办公室、会议室，并且每个位置采用不同景观和场景的忽隐忽现巧妙设计，根据工作的缓急灵活选择工作环境。
